    Kimberly sits on multiple executive leadership teams representing strategic recruiting and talent development. A connector by nature, Kimberly is a driven leader - dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, She is passionate about multiplier leadership, retention of talent, and developing others to realize their potential. Kimberly has dedicated her life to the principle of achieving success while positively impacting both the lives of those she works with and the mission of the companies she serves. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, Her two athletic boys keep her very busy outside the office!

  • McCall Fen

    PARTNER

    McCall has extensive talent leadership and recruitment experience, starting her career in management and human resources before moving to recruiting leadership. McCall’s top values are integrity, achievement, and fun. McCall is also involved in the community and has been a candidate for American Heart Association Woman of the Year, served as chair of a subcommittee for the Women’s Field Association, and is part of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Inside the office she is a system and integration guru. Outside the office she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and French Bulldog, Norman.

  • Megan Johansen

    DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT AND RECRUITING

    Megan joins the Growth Suite team with over a decade of experience in operations in the non-profit sector and has spent the past several years recruiting in the financial services industry. She cares deeply about helping others succeed, whether it’s her team, the clients she’s serving, or the candidates she’s meeting with. Megan takes the “see it, own it” approach she learned in the non-profit world and applies it to all aspects of the recruiting experience, creating an integrated approach for both candidates and clients. Outside of work, Megan loves traveling with her wife and son, playing all types of sports, and finding new restaurants to try with friends.

  • Britt Korth

    DIRECTOR OF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

    Britt has extensive experience coaching and developing young leaders, as well as recruiting high caliber, talented advisors. Britt started her career in coaching as an assistant women’s basketball coach at both IUPUI in Indianapolis and Cleveland State, her alma mater. She then spent many years building the internship program for a Northwestern Mutual network office, and in 2020, Britt was named Recruiter of the Year. Her favorite past time is doing color commentary on ESPN during the Cleveland State women’s basketball home games. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

    Caty spent the last 10+ years building teams for Fortune 100 and 500 organizations where she became an expert in recruitment strategies, talent, and leadership development. She is passionate about helping people identify their natural talents and abilities and finding the right role for them. With her firm belief that the selection process is mutual, she has been able to help thousands of candidates throughout her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids.

    Dominique joins Growth Suite Consulting with extensive recruiting experience across multiple industries. She brings vast expertise in connecting talented professionals with fulfilling career opportunities. With her empathetic nature and ability to understand candidates' needs, she drives results that satisfy both client and candidate goals. She is adaptable and resourceful; two traits that are essential in the ever-changing world of recruiting. She is a military spouse and mom of two little girls. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and getting outdoors.

    As a former teacher with a passion for guiding others, Megan transitioned into the world of recruiting two years ago. Bringing her unique perspective and dedication to helping people achieve their goals, she has successfully matched top talent with leading companies in the finance and insurance industries. In addition to her recruiting expertise, Megan also leverages her administrative and design skills to build Growth Suite brand awareness and connect with clients. In her free time, Megan can be found listening to an audiobook or exploring the outdoors with her husband and four children.

    Jana joins the Growth Suite team with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources in a variety of industries. She also brings nearly 10 years of recruiting experience, including time spent in financial services. She began her career at Chase Bank, and has worked in management, consulting, and non-profit. A native Texan, she and her husband live in The Woodlands, TX where they are busy raising three active boys.

    Sarah joins Growth Suite Consulting with ten years of experience in recruitment, working with diverse and high-performing teams in the banking and HR service sector. Sarah is an organized and strategic leader, having a proven track record of working with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike to develop creative recruiting initiatives with the ability to work successfully within tight deadlines and fast changing environments. She and her husband reside in The Woodlands, TX where they are busy raising two athletic boys.

    Ashley specializes in building and leading winning teams, training new talent, and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates. She comes to Growth Suite with over 5 years of experience in finance and sales recruitment, including multiple Northwestern Mutual offices. In 2021, she achieved Recruiter of the Year with the company. She is passionate about connecting talented individuals with amazing opportunities by uncovering their personal skills and desires. Outside of work, she loves every minute spent with her husband, baby boy, and rescue pup, Echo. She enjoys spending time in the sun, at the lake, and in the garden.

    Ruby is a relationship and solution-oriented recruiter with six years of experience in talent acquisition and client development. She has a strong commitment to building inclusive workplaces and excels in connecting diverse talent and high-level career changers with top organizations and opportunities. She most recently worked alongside Northwestern Mutual – Denver. Outside of work, she loves to travel with her boyfriend Charlie and has a passion for the performing arts. She also works closely with the non-profit Eye Love You based in Chicago that helps create free programming for high-potential at-risk youth in the city.

    Ashleigh joins the Growth Suite team with 10 years of experience in marketing, and 5 years of experience in recruiting for various industries. Her passion for recruiting and team building began in 2020 while working with multiple offices within the Northwestern Mutual network. She is committed to matching top candidates with strong teams and ambitious leaders. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, pets, family, and friends.
