Kimberly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, Her two athletic boys keep her very busy outside the office!

    McCall has extensive talent leadership and recruitment experience, starting her career in management and human resources before moving to recruiting leadership. McCall’s top values are integrity, achievement, and fun. McCall is also involved in the community and has been a candidate for American Heart Association Woman of the Year, served as chair of a subcommittee for the Women’s Field Association, and is part of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Inside the office she is a system and integration guru. Outside the office she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and French Bulldog, Norman.

    Megan joins the Growth Suite team with over a decade of experience in operations in the non-profit sector and has spent the past several years recruiting in the financial services industry. She cares deeply about helping others succeed, whether it’s her team, the clients she’s serving, or the candidates she’s meeting with. Megan takes the “see it, own it” approach she learned in the non-profit world and applies it to all aspects of the recruiting experience, creating an integrated approach for both candidates and clients. Outside of work, Megan loves traveling with her wife and son, playing all types of sports, and finding new restaurants to try with friends.

    Britt has extensive experience coaching and developing young leaders, as well as recruiting high caliber, talented advisors. Britt started her career in coaching as an assistant women’s basketball coach at both IUPUI in Indianapolis and Cleveland State, her alma mater. She then spent many years building the internship program for a Northwestern Mutual network office, and in 2020, Britt was named Recruiter of the Year. Her favorite past time is doing color commentary on ESPN during the Cleveland State women’s basketball home games. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and getting outdoors.

Bringing her unique perspective and dedication to helping people achieve their goals, she has successfully matched top talent with leading companies in the finance and insurance industries. In addition to her recruiting expertise, Megan also leverages her administrative and design skills to build Growth Suite brand awareness and connect with clients. Megan and her family of six live in Arlington, Texas, where they enjoy art, music, and exploring the outdoors.

This experience led to a role as a Recruiter, where she identified and onboarded promising talent. Transitioning to a full-time Financial Representative, Shannon not only provided clients with strategic financial solutions but also mentored and coached new interns and full time representatives, fostering their growth and development within the company. Outside of the office, she is passionate about coaching track and field, where she brings the same dedication and mentorship to athletes. In her free time, she enjoy working out, spending time with her fiancée and anything outdoors.
